Economic Growth by restraining state fees, limiting bureaucratic regulations, curbing frivolous litigation, and reducing the health insurance burden on employers.

Conservation and Energy, by making Texas the world leader in research, development, and production of new and alternative energy sources, and by conserving our natural and historical resources

Social Support to break the cycle of poverty by promoting jobs and affordable child care for the working poor, curbing domestic violence, reserving prisons for violent criminals, focusing on treatment and intervention for drug abusers and the mentally ill, and resisting the legislation of narrow moral or religious views.

Revenue Reform, by stopping fee inflation and reducing sales and property taxes through a flat rate surcharge on federal income taxes coupled with tax credits for energy conservation.
